We apologize but because of the terrible driving conditions and the poor visibility that will last through late today we have decided to cancel all evening classes. We never want to inconvenience our members but it is too dangerous to be out on the roads today. Enjoy your snow day and do 7 minutes of burpees in your house!!
This Saturday we will be celebrating the end of the 2016 CF open! Doors open at 10:00am and we’ll be running heats till about noon. Our plan is to pull out the grill and BBQ after the WOD. The forecast calls for chilly weather but I think we’ll be fine. See you there!
