50 Tuck ball jumps split between Partner A and Partner B

Partner A runs 400M Burden Run (20/14)
Partner B does AMRAP Burpee Box Jumps until Partner A finishes 400M run.
Switch and repeat. Each person only runs once and BBJ once.

Partner A runs 400M Burden Run
Partner B does AMRAP Wall Balls until Partner A finishes 400M run.
Switch and repeat.

Partner A runs 400M Burden Run
Partner B does AMRAP Push Press (75/55) until Partner A finishes 400M run.
Switch and repeat.

Partner A runs 400M Burden run.
Parter B does AMRAP T2B until Partner A finishes 400M run.
Switch and repeat.

50 Tuck ball jumps split between Partner A and Partner B.
