Biography

Health and fitness have always been important to Sarah, though two young kids and a full-time job took all the energy she had for a while. In 2012, out of shape and 20# overweight, she quit her job and immediately started a 6-week outdoor CrossFit bootcamp. She came in dead last on every WOD for the entire 6 weeks, but was determined to reach three goals: lose the 20#, see some definition somewhere on her body, and to simply feel better. Sarah joined a XFit box and within two and a half months had hit all her goals and was making new ones!
