We offer a 1-on-1 Intro Session for you to experience what Lowry CrossFit is all about. During your Intro Session, we’ll learn about about your fitness goals, past experience, and any physical limitations or injuries you may have. We’ll talk about the CrossFit methodologies, a typical class and what you can expect when you become a member of the Lowry CrossFit that have changed the lives of hundreds of people since 2011, and we’ll put you through a personalized, beginner-friendly workout to get you sweating!
