Overhead Squat (E2MOM 20 Build to a 1RM)
** 20 minutes to clean each weight. 3 misses permitted. All athletes will start with scaled. If you clear scaled weights, RX weights are next. If max weights for RX are achieved, athletes can decide how much weight can be added.
