Athletes – Track your progress using CF Whiteboard!

What’s that button in the top right corner of today’s post? It’s a new CrossFit workout tracker for you to use. Click the Whiteboard button to add your score for today’s workout. Front Rack Walking Lunges
Up to 5RM per leg

Clean Pulldown
4 sec; technical 5RM

then
AMRAP 10 Minute

10 Burpees
5 Overhead Squats (135/95)
1 Muscle Up or 1 Rope Climb
*80-85% effort
