Make up Day.

A lot of Mobility is needed in most every athlete.  Take a good amount of time to make it happen.

Odd week so if you need some pain I am happy to help, mobility is preferred.

EMOM for 5 minutes:

2 Power Snatches @ 75% of 1rm Power Snatch.

Conditioning

For time and reps:

5:00 ME KB Snatches 24/16kg (apportion anyhow)
Run 1 Mile

*There is no break after the KB Snatches.  You may break, like so after run.
