Yes… The always dreaded “Run 5k for time” WOD… Truth is, we could all use this WOD no matter what our physical base or goals may be. The 5k run WOD is a great cardio-respiratory endurance and stamina builder. Also it’s a great measuring stick for these two physical skills. We will go to the dirt track across Dayton in the park. 5K is 12.5 laps
